What are the shipping options?
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail, with various levels of tracking. By selecting the 1st class recorded, this will only allow us to find out once the order has been delivered who signed for it and when. By selecting the guaranteed next day this will allow us to track and trace the package at every step of its journey from us to you. All customers will receive a confirmation email when their order has been dispatched with the relevent tracking number.
1st Class Recorded £3.95
Orders sent using Royal Mail are usually delivered within 1-3 days and will require a signature for delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery £7.95
Orders sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. All orders received before 12pm on Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day before 1pm and will require a signature for delivery. If the order is placed on a Friday before 12pm, due to the weekend, the order will be delivered on the Monday before 1pm. Orders received Saturdays and Sundays will be processed Monday morning and delivered Tuesday before 1pm.
EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Airsure & International Signed For Delivery £10.50
Orders for European and International deliveries are sent via AirSure or International Signed for (the Royal Mail equivalents depending on the delivery address), usually are delivered within 5-7 working days and will require a signature for delivery. This is the quickest and most secure method of delivery for customers outside of the UK. Tracking is only available whilst the item is in the UK and upon delivery. Choice of delivery will depend on the destination country. If an order is of considerable value, we may take the decision to ship using a courier instead of Airsure or International Signed for Delivery, the decision to do this is based on each individual order, and you will be notified in your confirmation email if any changes have occurred to your shipping method.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We currently ship within the UK and to the following countries:
Europe - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy (& Vatican City State - Holy See), Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & Turkey.
International - Australia, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa

Due to recent changes in our shipping terms with our couriers, we are sorry to confirm that we are with, immediate effect unable to ship any Twilight Nox Nail Colours (including gift sets that include these items) or Twilight Immortal Eau de Parfum to the following countries:
Russia, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Asis, New Zealand and any other countries that require the shipment to go by air.
All orders already received will be processed - although there may be a slight delay to you receiving your order, it will be with you by christmas.
We are looking into alternative ways of shipping and will update this as soon as the issue is resolved.
How soon will my order arrive?
If we receive your order by 12pm we will aim to ship it that same day, busier times of the year will be by next day. If you wish this to be a priority shipment, please select this in the postage options. Depending on the service you select, all European orders should be with you within 5 working days from placing, Russia and International shipments will take up to 10 working days from placing.
What if my order is damaged or faulty?
If for any reason you have a fault with one of our products, you may return the item for either a replacement product, or for a full refund. Please follow the procedure below in order to qualify.
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intent to return. Your email should contain:
- Your Name and Address
- Invoice number of original transaction
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for return
- Your preference for either a replacement product or refund
Any items received without this information may be delay in being processed.
2. Refunds should be posted to the following address and include a copy of the original invoice:

When posting the parcel, please obtain proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim should the parcel go missing. Simple Beauty will not be liable for missing returns.
Once the faulty product is received, if you have chosen to receive a refund, this will be processed within 3 working days.
Please allow a further 3-5 days for this to reach your account.
The cost of your return postage will also be credited to your account.
If you have chosen a replacement product, this will be despatched within 5 working days and posted free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
